Linville Falls Vacation Rentals is owned and operated by
Dean and Patti Franklin of Linville Falls, NC.
We are located in the beautiful scenic mountains of Western North Carolina...
...In The High Country...

The
Fraser Fir Cabin
We Encourage Breathing
While On Vacation

The "Fraser Fir Cabin" will sleep up to 8 people and the cabin borders the
"Choose and Cut" Fraser Fir Christmas Tree farm we also operate
.
The cabin is located on 8 acres of woods.
It has a large deck on the back and is surrounded by
Fraser Fir Christmas Trees
as well as native rhododendron and many other species of plants and trees
that represent the very best found in The High Country.

The cabin has fine amenities and many comforts
in order to have the most comfortable vacation possible.

Anything you might want to see or do is only minutes away from
Linville Falls Vacation Rentals.

Country cooking can be found a short walk away at "Famous Louise's Rock House Restaurant" which is open year round.

The food is wonderful and the restaurant sits smack-dab on the intersection of three counties.
You can eat supper in Avery County while the spouse eatshar meal in Burke County
and Aunt Bea can enjoy her meal in McDowell County
while all three of you are at seated at the very same table!
This situation makes Louise's restaurant rather famous.

"Spears BBQ" is directly across the street from the Rock House Restaurant on US Hwy 221 and NC Hwy 186 and offers a wide variety of killer BBQ
as well as the best of the best in imported beer and wine.

Outlet shopping is only a 30-minute drive via the Blue Ridge Parkway in Blowing Rock at the The Shops on the Parkway.

Golf courses, fishing, biking, ski resorts, tennis courts and other attractions are just minutes away.

Hiking to the fabulous Linville Falls and Linville Gorge Wilderness Area are what most people find attractive about our location.
Old Hwy 105 (1/2 mile from Louise's), leads you to a most spectacular view of Table Rock, Hawk's Bill Mtn and Brown Mtn all in one view @ "Wiseman's view"!

Linville Caverns is only 5 minutes away down Hwy 221 South.
Have you ever been inside a cave that has a river complete with trout?
You can see the fish but they can't see you because
they have been in darkness all of their lives
When you stay with us, you can have an oppotunity to do just that.

We have something for everyone,
whether it is looking for a place to spend an intimate romantic getaway,
a relaxing family vacation, accommodations for a family reunion,
or a corporate meeting place,

...We Are Sure to Please...
