Twisted Laurel Gallery was established in 1989 by a third generation clockmaker, Luther Stroup and his wife, Renita. The gallery showcases over 130 artists and craftsmen in the Spruce Pine and Penland area. The gallery displays outstanding work in studio glass, pottery, wood, fiber art, jewelry, clocks and paintings. Examples of their work is seen below.
